Where are your subscribers leaking?

Paste your churn picture - customers and cancellations, how many were failed payments, failed payments and how many came back, your cancel reasons with counts, the cancel flow you have today and what happens when a card fails. Your browser splits voluntary from involuntary churn, grades churn, payment recovery and save rate against the skill's benchmarks, walks the five cancel-flow stages and six dunning steps, maps your reasons to the right offers and flags dark patterns. Free, before you sign in, and nothing is uploaded. Then the audit orders the fixes, the flow lane designs the cancel flow, and the recovery lane writes the failed-payment plan.

The companies and numbers in the examples are invented. Two are audits (the budgeting app also carries its cancel flow, one click after the audit), one is a cancel flow, one is a payment-recovery plan; each comes with a saved model reply, so you can see the whole page without signing in or spending a credit.

What this does, and what it does not

Churn has two leaks that need different fixes: people choosing to cancel (a cancel flow with a survey and an offer matched to the reason) and payments that fail (pre-dunning, smart retries, dunning emails, a grace period). Failed payments are often 30-50% of churn and the easiest part to fix. This page does the arithmetic first - how much of your churn is which leak, how your recovery and save rates compare with the skill's benchmarks, what a 20-30% discount actually saves on your prices - and reads your notes for the mistakes the skill warns about: no cancel flow, a cancel that needs a call or an email, guilt copy, one deep discount for everyone, pauses longer than three months, blame in a payment email, cancelling on the first failed card. It cannot see your billing dashboard; paste what you find there.

The paid lanes see your churn picture (the middle is cut past 9,000 characters, and the page says so), your plans (past 4,000) and the page's scan. Your notes stay in this browser unless you run a lane. Every reply is held to your notes: quotes are checked word for word, no number may be invented or rounded, and every flow and recovery plan is re-checked for dark patterns, discount and pause limits and blame. This is not legal advice: check cancellation rules where you sell. Derived from the agent skill @coreyhaines31/churn-prevention by Corey Haines (coreyhaines31/marketingskills, MIT): its voluntary / involuntary split, its cancel-flow structure, exit-survey categories and reason-to-offer mapping, its save-offer rules, its dunning stack and email sequence, its benchmarks and its common mistakes.
